Authorization: Basic base64(username:password) - required on every endpoint
No request body. Optional query parameter:
limit = how many cars to return, default 200, maximum 2000
The queue hands out at most 200 cars per day (Europe/Prague). Cars
already handed out today are returned again until their video is
uploaded, and asking repeatedly does not use up the daily budget.
Once the budget is spent the queue returns an empty array until
midnight; cars left unprocessed come back the next day.
Every response carries the current state in headers:
X-Daily-Limit = cars per day (200)
X-Daily-Served = cars handed out today
X-Daily-Remaining = cars that can still be handed out today
