Content-Type: video/mp4, the note then goes into the ?note= query parameter.
201 (Video uploaded)
400 (Bad Request)
401 (Invalid authentication)
404 (Car with web id 520460376 doesn't exist)
409 (Car already has a video, use PUT)
413 (Video is too large)
415 (Only mp4 videos are accepted)
